"Good gokart, but the instructions really tested my patience"
I think the gokart itself is probably fine, but putting it together was a whole different story. The instructions felt like they were written as an afterthought, steps seemed to be missing, the pictures were way too small to be useful, and some of the parts didn’t match the labels. Maybe someone who builds this kind of stuff all the time would figure it out faster, but for me it turned into a much longer, more frustrating project than it needed to be
"Go kart ran rough and felt weak"
The go kart we got really didn’t run the way I expected. It felt slow, shaky, and kept bogging down whenever my kid tried riding it around the yard, which was frustrating because everyone was kind of waiting on me to get it working right.
I thought it was going to be a fun thing to set up and enjoy, but it mostly turned into me fiddling with it while feeling pressured to make the day not be a letdown. Overall, I’m disappointed with how it performed.

I called tech support twice about the issue with my kart, and both times it felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone. They rushed through everything and nothing actually got fixed, so I’m kind of stuck with the same problem still. I don’t know, I expected them to at least...

"I ordered a go kart part from..."
I ordered a go kart part from Family Go Karts, and unless I’m remembering it wrong, the packing slip showed exactly what I ordered. The actual part in the box was something else though. I don’t remember every detail of the back-and-forth, mostly just that trying to fix it took up more time than I expected and left me annoyed. Not really the experience I was hoping for.

The shipping took way longer than I expected, or at least it felt that way. Maybe it was just bad timing, but I probably wouldn’t order again because of the wait

"Felt cheap from the start"
Right away the kart just had that cheap feel to it. A few parts felt flimsy, and after the first weekend it was already rattling. I’m assuming if it’s doing that this early, it’s probably only going to get worse with regular use.

I bought a go kart and the title paperwork was the most frustrating part. I kept having to ask what was going on, and even then it felt like nobody really had a clear answer. Maybe there was something happening behind the scenes that I wasn’t being told, but from my side it was just confusing and dragged out. If you need the paperwork handled smoothly, I’d be careful
"Freight delivery left me completely in the dark"
The freight delivery was a total mess. It never showed up, and I felt completely left in the dark the whole time with no real updates or explanation. I just kept waiting around not knowing what was going on.

I’ve emailed them twice now and still haven’t heard anything back. I understand people get busy, but it’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple response. Not the best customer service experience so far

"Tracking Was Frustrating, But It Did Show Up"
The tracking was kind of a mess. It barely updated, the delivery date kept moving around, and for a while I had no idea where my order even was. That was annoying. At the same time, it did eventually arrive, so I guess it wasn’t a total disaster, but the lack of updates made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be

"Return process was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I’ll give them credit that the order itself showed up fine, so I guess that part went okay. But trying to return it was a mess. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates, and the instructions weren’t very clear. Maybe they were trying to help, but it didn’t really feel like anyone was paying much attention. The whole thing took way longer than I expected, and if returns are always this difficult, I’d be hesitant to order from them again

"Not gonna lie, it arrived beat up"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when my go kart showed up. The box was ripped up, there were scratches on the metal, and one of the parts was even bent a little. The delivery guy basically just dropped it off like that, so I was left dealing with the whole mess. For the price I paid, I really expected it to be packed better and handled with more care.

"Still Fun After a Year, but Shows Some Wear"
I’ve had this kart for about a year now, and overall it’s been a lot of fun. From my experience, it seems like it’s better suited for casual use rather than really rough or constant riding. It still held up okay, but a few parts started wearing out faster than I expected. I don’t regret getting it, but I’d say be prepared for some maintenance if it gets used a lot.

I had an issue with my kart dealing with the warranty support was such a headache. They kept brushing me off, took forever to reply, and never really gave me a clear answer. In the end, I still had to figure it out on my own, which was really frustrating. I regret buying it and wouldn’t go with them again.

"Not great if your kid’s on the smaller side"
I bought this thinking it’d be solid for my 8-year-old, but the fit was kinda weird. The seat sits way too far back, and the pedals were still a stretch even after we messed with the adjustments.
The info on the site made it sound more kid-friendly than it actually is. Maybe it’s fine for bigger kids, but for us it was a whole hassle and now we’ve gotta deal with returning it, which is just annoying

I was trying to browse go karts on Family Go Karts from my phone, but it got frustrating fast. The site just didn’t feel very smooth on mobile, and I kept having to tap around way more than I expected to find basic details.
A few pages loaded slowly, the menu felt clunky, and some of the product pages looked really crowded. I also got confused because one part of the site seemed to say one thing, then the email info made it sound like another thing, so I wasn’t totally sure what was accurate.
They do seem to have a lot of products listed, which is nice, but the website could really use some cleanup. I ended up leaving before placing an order because it just felt like too much hassle on my phone.

The safety features seem decent enough, so I’m not really worried there. That said, the instructions were a bit unclear in a few spots, which made things more confusing than they needed to be. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they were easier to follow.
